Contact the developer using the support email below. Include the app version, device model, OS version, steps to reproduce and expected result. Remove private details from screenshots or exports and never send Apple Account passwords or payment-card information.
本地数据与换设备Local data and moving devices
应用支持基于 Apple iCloud 的跨设备同步。请先确认各设备登录同一 iCloud 账户，再在设置中检查账户、同步状态、最近同步时间与错误信息。风格目录与批次编号计数只保存在本机。重要数据请定期导出备份；不要为排查同步问题直接删除应用或数据文件。
The app supports cross-device sync through Apple iCloud. Confirm that your devices use the same iCloud account, then check account, sync status, last sync and errors in Settings. Style catalogues and batch-number counters remain local. Export important data regularly; do not delete the app or data files as a first troubleshooting step.
天气不可用Weather unavailable
检查系统定位权限和网络连接。天气或地区查询失败不影响核心酿造记录；天气数值不是桶内或室内实测温度。你可随时在系统设置中撤销定位授权。
Check location permission and connectivity. Weather or place-name failures do not prevent core brewing records. Weather temperature is not a measurement inside your vessel or room. Revoke location access at any time in system settings.
购买、取消与退款Purchases, cancellation and refunds
购买尚未公开开放。上线后，订阅管理通过 Apple 账户进行；取消订阅和申请退款是不同操作。具体路径见订阅说明及 Apple 官方帮助。
Public purchases are not yet available. After launch, manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. See Subscription Information and Apple support for the relevant steps.
隐私请求Privacy requests
与隐私有关的访问、更正或删除请求可发送至同一支持邮箱，并在主题中注明“隐私请求”。请描述请求范围，不必主动发送身份证件等敏感资料。
Send privacy access, correction or deletion requests to the same support address, with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the scope without proactively sending identity documents or other sensitive information.
